Sea defence bill could top 30 million pounds

Improving the Island's sea defences could cost around £32 million.
The Department of Infrastructure has commissioned a UK company to carry out a review of the main flood hotspots and see what improvements could be made.
JBA Consulting focused on Castletown, Douglas, Laxey, Ramsey, Peel, Port St Mary and Gansey.
Met Office forecaster Adrian Cowin says changing weather conditions are to blame for flooding problems:
