Synthetic cannabis causing concern on the Island

A herbal alternative to cannabis is the latest legal high to cause concern on the Isle of Man.
Known as 'herbal incense' or 'synthetic cannabis' it is a substance sprayed with artificial cannabinoids and is available to buy online.
Experts say it's not guaranteed to give the same effect as cannabis with reports of some people suffering serious health problems and in some cases death.
