Health Service 'upping its game' with new appointments

Changing the senior management within the Department of Health and Social Game is a sign of the health service 'upping its game'.
A new medical director and a managing director for acute services have been appointed - both follow the appointment of new chief executive Mark Charters.
The changes come off the back of recommendations made in a review by the consultants Beamans last year.
