Lieutenant Governor says Islanders had a tough year

The Island has weathered the storm, both literally and metaphorically.

Reflecting on the last year in a public address for Tynwald Day the Lieutenant Governor Adam Wood says it has been a tough one for the Island.

Today marks the fourth Tynwald Day ceremony that Mr Wood has attended since taking up the Governor role.
