Permanent DED chief appointed

Chris Corlett

The Department of Economic Development now has a permanent chief executive.

Chris Corlett has been appointed to the role – having served in an acting role since October last year.

He has been a chief executive in government since March 2003.

Minister John Shimmin says there was an excellent range of candidates from both on and off the Island from the public and private sectors.
