MEA workers assist in Scotland following major storms

Scottish Utilities has requested help from the MEA in reconnecting supplies to around 20,000 homes in Scotland.
Six staff members and three vehicles have set off yesterday morning as part of a nationwide agreement with the company.
Storms across Scotland have caused one death and a significant amount of damage following recent strong winds.
The MEA says Manx customers won’t be picking up the bill for the work.
