Although dusk appeared to draw in at a swift rate, in general, once again the weather was kind to the fifteen shooters who arrived on Monday evening for the 8th and final round of the Osborn Carpets 2nd 600 scratch series and the victory went to Harry Creevy with a very commendable 590 x 600, just two points ahead of Michael Duncalf. Two full houses were shot during the evening, one going to Creevy and the other to Mike Clague.
