Companies join forces with government to boost young employment opportunities

Manx companies are joining forces with government to help boost employment for young people.
Collaborative work from private and public sectors aims to increase skills, experience and ultimately jobs for 16 to 14-year-old's.
Businesses can take on a wide range of young people, including children in care, young offenders, and people with learning difficulties.
Scott Wilson is project lead for those not in education, employment or training.
He says there are different ways to accomplish their goals:
