The Department of Social Care is busy compiling the responses it received when it asked for the people's views on the public sector housing system.
The DSC is planning big changes to the way it delivers services in future.
Increased rents and means testing for tenants are among the ideas that are being considered.
New policies could also affect sheltered accommodation and the first-time buyers scheme.
Minister Chris Robertshaw says nearly 1,200 people and organisations responded and these will be published in due course.
