People need to be driving and riding within their limits – to avoid collisions on the Island’s roads.
That’s according to Inspector Terry Stephen from the Roads Policing Unit who has told Energy FM that care needs to be taken at all times.
There have been five fatalities on the Island’s roads since the start of the TT festival – including one yesterday when a motorcyclist died at the scene following a crash on the main Douglas to Peel road.
Inspector Stephen said his unit was concerned and urged people to take note of the Stay Alert, Stay Alive message:
