An embarrassing mistake at the German Commissioners election last week is to be rectified soon.
It was announced following the vote for the local authority on Thursday that Suzie Boot had become a new member of the board.
However, half an hour later it came to light that 100 votes for another candidate Ken Watterson hadn't been counted.
If they had, the result would have been different.
Legal advice was taken and it's been announced that another public declaration of the correct result will cancel out the original mistake.
That's due to happen in the near future.
