The family of Jamie Haslett who died after being hit by a police car in Sheffield say the 19 year old was a bundle of energy and a fun person.
Jamie was in his second year at Sheffield Hallum University when he was involved in a tragic accident in October 2010.
The student had been on a night out with friends and was returning home when he was struck by a car as he crossed the road.
Last week, the police officer who was driving was found not guilty of causing death by careless driving.
Jamie's mum Angela says she takes some comfort from knowing that he was loving life and had an enjoyed a good summer.
