Man attacked on Loch Promenade

Police are seeking witnesses after a man was kicked to the floor in an attack in Douglas in the early hours of last Sunday morning.

The victim was walking on the sea side of Loch Promenade on April 1st between Quids Inn and Jaks Bar when he was attacked from behind by what he believes were 3 or 4 males.

The unprovoked attack continued after the man had been kicked to the ground, resulting in injuries to his head and side.

It's believed the people responsible were male and wearing light blue denim jeans.

Anyone who saw the attack or can help police identify those involved is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
