Douglas residents needing to get rid of their Christmas trees can recycle them this weekend.
The Council is providing recycling points around the town.
The trees are used to make woodchips for use in the parks around Douglas.
The trees can be left at Lord Street Car Park, Pulrose, Anagh Coar Car Park, Central Promenade, Stevenson's Way, the Grandstand, Snaefell Road and Governor's Hill today and tomorrow.
Elsewhere in the Island, the Curraghs Wildlife Park is accepting Christmas trees at the bottom of its car park near the bins, and Ramsey residents can take their trees to the Commissioner's nurseries on the corner of North Shore Road.
