Next begins Spring Valley store plans

High street giant Next could be opening another store on the Isle of Man.

The company has applied for planning permission to use Unit 1 on the Spring Valley Industrial Estate for retail.

The application says the site would be used for sale of furniture, household goods and decorating items as well as children's clothes.

Next already has a retail store in Strand Street in Douglas, mainly dedicated to the brand's clothing lines.

Next would be the second big name to open on the estate, with Pets at Home opening a shop at Unit 2 next month.
