Wed, 16 Nov 2011
Onchan goes to the polls today to find two people to fill the vacant seats on the Board of Commissioners.
The vacancies were created by the death of Ray Kniveton and the resignation of Brian Stowell.
Five people are hoping to be elected.
They are Kathryn Williams, James Corrin, John Quaye, Robin Turton and Rob Callister.
The successful candidates will serve until April 2012.
The polling station at the Community Centre on School Road will open until 8pm.
