MHK wants Government to be less secretive

A Member of the House of Keys seeking re-election believes the Government needs to be more open.
Quintin Gill is standing in Rushen, seeking a third term in the House of Keys.
He says the more senior members of the Government has been very secretive over the last five years [play clip]
Also standing in Rushen are incumbent members Phil Gawne and Juan Watterson, as well as challengers John Orme, Laurence Skelly and David Jones.
