Road death inquests to open

Inquests will open today in the deaths of three men who lost their lives on the Island's roads during TT fortnight.

34 year old Irish racer Derek Brien was killed in a crash at Gorselea in Greeba in the Supersport race last Monday.

Visiting biker Justin Winstone, who was 41 and from Bristol, died in a crash on the Mountain Road.

An inquiry will also open into the death of Ballasalla man Robert Kneale.

Mr Kneale died after a crash at the Fairy Bridge.

The inquests will open and adjourn at 2.15pm.
