£40m sewage works approved by Tynwald

Plans to spend nearly £40million on the Island's Regional Sewage Treatment Programme have been approved by Tynwald.
Sewage treatment plants will be bult in the north and west of the Island.
There'll also be treatment works at Jurby, Kirk Michael and Ramsey, and a sludge treatment facility at Meary Veg.
The works will be completed over the next five years.
Tynwald debated the proposals for over an hour, with the plans receiving strong support from members.
