Funds approved for court improvements

Douglas Courthouse and General Registries
Over £300,000 is to be spent on court facilities in Douglas over the coming months.
Approval has been granted for £346,000 worth of work to be carried out at the General Registries and Murray House.
The Chief Registrar highlighted the work as necessary, due to the expanding requirements of the court service.
It's expected the work will begin next month, and be completed by May.
