Sunniest year on record for Island

It's been the sunniest year on record on the Isle of Man.

The Isle of Man Met Office has so far recorded 1817 hours, with 11 days still to go.

There's been above average sunshine since September

The previous record was from 1955, when there was 7 hours less.
