Community, Culture and Leisure Minister David Cretney MHK
The Minister for Community, Culture and Leisure says any redevelopment of the Summerland site will include non-leisure facilities.
David Cretney says any plans would include other uses such as residential to make the land financially viable.
It was announced last week that the land would be put up for sale as a suitable tendor hadn't been found.
However, Mr Cretney has agreed to re-visit a proposal from GB Buildings Solutions.
