The Department of Health says 98% of in-patients are satisfied with the standard of care at Noble's Hospital.
A survey of just under 7000 patients was carried out between August last year and the end of March this year.
Around 9% of the patients returned their answer forms.
Whilst the results are largely positive, some patients complained about the noise at night from both other patients and staff.
There were also some patients who felt they didn't get enough help eating their meals.
The Department will use the results of this survey to look at where improvements can be made.
