Murder accused's landlord and lady to give evidence

The landlord and landlady of a man on trial for murder will give evidence in court this morning.

35 year old Simon Paul Leece was living at Fairfield Terrace when he was arrested for murder and arson in March last year.

He's accused of starting fires at four properties, including nineteen Demesne Road, where 61 year old Terry Losh was killed as a result of the blaze.

Yesterday fire and police officers gave details of how they responded to the fire, and how Mr Losh's body was found.

Leece denies the charges against him.
