Man admits 14 motoring offences

A Douglas man has admitted 14 motoring offences which resulted in two police chases.

26 year old Craig William Tiernan's charges include three offences of driving whilst disqualified, dangerous driving, drink driving, damaging property, failing to stop for police, driving without having insurance, failing to stop after an accident, failing to report an accident and using a vehicle in a dangerous condition.

The offences were commited on two dates in May and on July 7th.

Tiernan was involved in a chase with police officers on two occasions.

He was remanded in custody to August 27th when he'll appear for sentencing.
