Treasury looks at scrapping need for AGMs

Isle of Man registered companies may not have to hold Annual General Meetings in the future.
The Treasury has launched a consultation on abolishing the requirement for AGMs.
The consultation runs to the end of August.
The proposals are in a document on the Treasury website.
