Busy order paper in House of Keys

Public spending, proxy voting and sewage are amongst the topics being discussed in the House of Keys this morning.

Michael MHK David Cannan is to ask the Chief Minister about Iranian ships trading in the Isle of Man to avoid UN sanctions.

There'll be readings of the Treasury Bill, Election of Chief Minister Bill, Civil Partnership Bill and Fisheries Bill.

Onchan MHK Peter Karran will ask for leave to introduce a Bill in relation to planning, including restriction of ownership and use of specific dwellings.
