Colas apologises for Richmond Hill delay
A company carrying out works on Richmond Hill is apologising for delays after a specialist machine broke down.
Colas's resurfacing scheme was delayed after a white line removal machine broke down yesterday.
An engineer flew to the Island yesterday in a bid to fix the machine.
The firm says it's sorry for the delays and intends for the daily road closure to be in place as scheduled today.
