MHKs seek cannabis update
Legalising the use of cannabis on the Isle of Man will be discussed at this month's sitting of Tynwald.
Ramsey MHK Dr Alex Allinson will ask the Treasury Minister whether the Government has calculated the potential tax revenue from a policy legalising the production and sale of cannabis.
Meanwhile, Lawrie Hooper is seeking a statement from the Home Affairs Minister on whether his Department has recently considered decriminalising or legalising cannabis use.
The UK's Home Secretary recently announced plans for a review into medicinal cannabis use there.
