New £7.2m facility will increase mental health inpatient capacity
A £7.2m mental health unit will be ready to accept patients by the end of this month.
The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed Manannan Court will open on the Noble's Hospital estate in March.
The facility, which has been designed to meet modern standards, will replace the current inpatient unit at Grianagh Court
The new unit will be 30% larger than the current facility, and is made up of two separate suites totalling 26 beds.
