Are politicians point scoring ahead of general election?

The Chief Minister thinks a number of MHK's already have the 2016 General Election in mind.

His comments came off the back of fierce debate on the future of the public sector pension pot in last weeks sitting of Tynwald.

He's concerned that these distractions are taking the focus away from the main points he wants to get across:
