Gas main replacement works get underway
Manx Gas is beginning works to replace a gas main in Douglas today.
The junction between Princes Road and Marathon Road will be closed until the works are completed.
Manx Gas says the works will see old pipes replaced with ones which will last for 100 years.
It's part of a programme to replace older gas mains on the Island.
The works are due to be completed by Saturday morning
