Cyclist and car involved in RTC
A cyclist and a car have been involved in a collision on the outskirts of Douglas.
The incident happened on New Castletown Road, just off the Springvalley Roundabout.
Witness reports suggest the cyclist was lying in the carriageway motionless.
Emergency Services are at the scene.
The collision happened at around 9.00am
