Manx police honour memory of PC Andrew Harper

The colleagues of a police officer who was killed in Berkshire have paid tribute to him with a minute's silence.

It was also observed by officers on the Isle of Man in honour of PC Andrew Harper, who was dragged under a vehicle last week.

The 28 year-old's family say their "lives and hearts have been torn apart" following his death.
