Witnesses sought following incident involving two cars

Police are appealing for information following an incident between two vehicles outside a shop.

The incident involved a white BMW and silver Honda CRV near Ballaugh Spar at around 3pm on Monday.

A witness alerted the owner of the Honda to what happened, but the identity of this person is unknown.

Officers are keen to speak to this individual again, as well as anyone else who saw what happened.
