Adults urged to get into 'The Swing of Things'

Island residents are being urged to get back into 'The Swing of Things'.

Manx Sport and Recreation is launching the initiative at the NSC in Douglas during school term times in a bid to get more adults involved in sport. 
 
The sessions, which start next month, provide an opportunity for people to try out a number of sports under the watchful eye of qualified coaches - with new sports added monthly.
