MHK moves expel LegCo from Chief Minister elections

It's time the Legislative Council released its hold on Chief Minister elections.

That's Michael MHK Alf Cannan - he wants to introduce a Private Member's Bill in the House of Keys this week.

It would mean the Chief Minister is only appointed by publically elected MHKs.
