Eighth Douglas East candidate sets out agenda

We need to take hard decisions or face disaster.

That's the stark warning from the latest candidate in the Douglas East by-election.

Richard Falk will stand for the seat made available following the retirement of Brenda Cannell.

The 48 year old advertising copywriter is the sixth candidate to come forward alongside John McBride, Matthew Robinson, Geradline O'Neill, Jon Joughin, Claire Bettison, John Hanson and Cat Turner.

He says if elected he will offer solutions to some of the biggest issues faced by government:
