Castletown to get a Costa

Manx National Heritage has devised a way of attracting large numbers to one of its key sites.

It's agreed a long term lease with the Costa Coffee franchise for a new outlet directly opposite the entrance to Castle Rushen in Castletown.

Following an extensive re-fit of the former benefit office building, the coffee shop will be ready to open in Spring next year.

MNH director Edmund Southworth says the building has significant historical relevance in the town:
