Government continues to wait for fiscal management plan

Why has government still not produced a plan for revenue and tax?

That's the question being posed by a Douglas West MHK following this week's Tynwald admission by the Treasury Minister.

Chris Thomas told us that in February 2014, Eddie Teare vowed to present a fiscal management strategy for 2015-2020 in the 2015 Budget.

The fulfillment of that promise was delayed until 19th May - now, Mr Teare promises to present the document in six-months time.

Mr Thomas says that's just not good enough:
