Harbour porpoise washes up on Fenella Beach

A harbour porpoise was found washed up on Fenella Beach in Peel on the weekend.

A couple walked past the deceased carcass of what they believed to be a dolphin and asked a group of young people to take a photograph and report it to the authorities.

Daniel McGee took the picture. He posted it to a social media site and alerted the Manx Wildlife Trust - who identified the mammal and attended to it.
