Police concerned for welfare of missing man

Police say they are concerned for the welfare of a missing man - describing him as 'high risk'.

50-year-old Neil Kelly is believed to be in Douglas town somewhere.

He is described as being 6ft, slim and with a deformed hand - he's believed to be wearing jeans and a t-shirt and possibly a baseball cap.

Anyone who sees him is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
