Water levels in the Isle of Man's reservoirs are said to be healthy.

The West Baldwin Reservoir, which serves Douglas, Onchan and the South, is nearly at 100% of its capacity, whilst Sulby is at 84%.

The Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority has released the figures following reports yesterday that much of England could face a drought in the summer due to lower than average rainfall.

However, the water authority says this isn't a problem for the Island, as the upland areas which catch rainfall for the reservoirs received plenty of rain during autumn to sustain the reservoir levels.
