Tourists spent over £90million on trips to the Island last year.

The Treasury's annual passenger survey shows total passenger departures fell last year by 2%.

The number of trips made by residents fell, but there was a slight increase in the amount of people visiting the Island.

It's estimated that £90.1million was spent by visitors on trips to and from the Island, accomodation and purchases whilst here.

The number of passengers travelling by air fell by over 17,000, however sea passengers rose by over 5000, giving a net fall of over 11,500.
