Richmond Hill to close this evening

Richmond Hill is due to close later today to enable works to make the road surface safe.

A ridge in the newly laid tarmac is currently considered dangerous to bikers.

The route will shut at 7.00pm, and remain closed throughout the weekend.

It's expected the road will re-open at midnight on Sunday
